We were privileged to be guided by Mr. Giovanni Neri, the third-generation custodian of Casanova di Neri whose presence imbued the night with authenticity, vision, and unparalleled insight. Each pour unveiled the estate’s signature elegance, refined structure, and age-worthy finesse, allowing our distinguished guests to experience the true essence of one of Tuscany’s most esteemed wine estates.

Every wine, meticulously selected and presented with sommelier precision, told a story of heritage, terroir and artisanal craftsmanship, harmoniously paired with Chef Lorenzo Ghezzani’s bespoke 4-course culinary creations. The evening’s dialogue between flavour, texture, and vinous architecture ensured a journey of refined indulgence, sensory intrigue, and elevated Tuscan sophistication.
