On Thursday, 14 May 2026, GFour Food & Beverage had the pleasure of hosting the Cantina Terlan Exclusive Wine Dinner – An Exclusive Alpine Experience at Bocconcino.
The evening brought together the remarkable purity and precision of Alto Adige with the vibrant culinary artistry of Chef Massimo. Guests enjoyed five exceptional wines from Cantina Terlan, each thoughtfully paired with a bespoke five-course menu, creating a seamless dialogue between terroir and gastronomy.
