On Thursday, 14 May 2026, GFour Food & Beverage had the pleasure of hosting the Cantina Terlan Exclusive Wine Dinner – An Exclusive Alpine Experience at Bocconcino.
The evening brought together the remarkable purity and precision of Alto Adige with the vibrant culinary artistry of Chef Massimo. Guests enjoyed five exceptional wines from Cantina Terlan, each thoughtfully paired with a bespoke five-course menu, creating a seamless dialogue between terroir and gastronomy.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Klaus Gasser, Sales & Marketing Director of Cantina Terlan, for sharing the philosophy, heritage, and meticulous craftsmanship behind one of Italy’s most esteemed wineries.

Presented through the collaboration between GFour Food & Beverage and Casanova di Neri, the evening celebrated the timeless elegance of Tuscany with an exceptional selection of the estate’s renowned wines. Guests enjoyed a guided tasting of six outstanding labels, thoughtfully paired with expertly crafted canapés to enhance the distinctive character of each wine.
